Moshood Oladapo

Lecturer

Dr Moshood Oladapo is a highly experienced and passionate educator who has dedicated over two decades to teaching and research. As a Lecturer in Business Management at the Greater Manchester Business School, he delivers a broad range of Business and Management courses on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including MBA and DBA.

Moshood has a wealth of knowledge and experience in agricultural and developmental economics, and his research has contributed significantly to strategic management theory and practice. He is an expert in global agricultural supply chain and logistics, agribusiness, capacity building, and entrepreneurship, and his interdisciplinary and collaborative research studies have made him an authority in his field.

Moshood's achievements are impressive, and he has been recognised as a skilled external examiner and an experienced chartered manager (CMgr). As a member of several professional bodies, including the British Academy of Management, the Chartered Management Institute, the Chartered Association of Business Schools and the Society for Education and Training, he has been committed to advancing the research, teaching and learning of Business and Management education.

Moshood’s passion for teaching and mentoring is evident in his work. He has mentored over fifty graduates and colleagues, within the UK and internationally to improve teaching, learning, and assessment in higher education. His dedication to his students and colleagues is inspiring, and his contributions to leadership and empowerment in agriculture, agricultural entrepreneurship, global agricultural supply chain and logistics, have helped many individuals and organisations gain a competitive advantage by managing production systems and practices.

Moshood's fervent interest lies in exploring the opportunities presented by interdisciplinary leadership and collaborative research to empower individuals and communities.
